Inclement Weather Policy and Updates

Winter weather an produce some hazardous traveling conditions.  Please use your best judgment when traveling to Ascension for worship and ministry activities during times the roads are covered with snow/ice/sleet accumulation.  Cancellations will be communicated in the following ways:

• Posted here to this website: NO CANCELLATIONS AT THIS TIME.
• Posted to the congregation’s Facebook page
• Announcement on the church answering machine (if the roads allow for travel and a staff member can travel to the church to record one)
• Watch for cancellation updates on WGAL 8 or FOX 43 WPMT.

During the week, Ascension activities will be cancelled if Lampeter-Strasburg School District announces a cancellation or early dismissal.
